Halloween in McHenry County

Do your Halloween plans include staying around your Richmond new homes to pass out candy, or are you looking for something a little bit more fun and frightening to do? If your plans include the excitement of a scare or two, then do we have some great news for you.

For the 20th straight year, the McHenry area Jaycees will be presenting their haunted house at the Knox park barn. One of the premier haunted houses in Northern Illinois, the haunted house is held each year in October and November and attracts visitors from all over the state. The money raised from this project is used to facilitate projects in the community and ongoing projects of the local Jaycees.

The haunted house is open October 7-8, 13-16, 20-23 and 27-31. For more information about the Haunted House including times and ticket pricing, visit the McHenry Jaycees Haunted House website.
